Lonnie Ennis, 41 year old white male, was reported missing on May 1, 1971. He was allegedly last seen leaving a bar in the company of an unidentified man and woman. Two days later, on May 3, 1971, the 1966 Plymouth car owned by Lonnie Ennis was located on the bank of South River, two miles from South Haven Road in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Authorities found blood in the area of the truck and the body of the victim was subsequently located in the trunk of the car.

James Stoddard, 45 year old white male, was last seen getting into a vehicle on February 2, 1981. It’s alleged that Stoddard was involved in the drug trade and associated with a motorcycle gang. James Stoddard’s body was discovered on February 4, 1981. Victim’s body was recovered in the Severn River near the Bay Ridge Community, fully clothed. Cause of death was determined to be a shooting.

Daniel Sizemore, 52 year old white male, was allegedly associated in a motorcycle gang and was active in the illegal drug trade. Sizemore was reported missing on December 3, 1983. Almost right away investigators suspected foul play. Victim’s vehicle was located in the parking lot of Severna Park Mall on January 24, 1984, fifty-two days after being reported missing. Sizemore’s body was recovered inside his vehicle, and cause of death was determined to be due to a shooting.

Brenda Lorraine Bloom, 29 year old white female, was last seen alive on September 25, 1986 around 8pm walking in the area of Route 2 and Route 648 in Anne Arundel County, MD. On September 26,1986, at 6:36 a.m., an unidentified female body was found in the southeast corner of Friendship park south of Dorsey Road, bordering MD Route 176 in Glen Burnie, Anne Arundel County, MD. Body of the victim was later identified as Brenda Lorraine Bloom. It’s believed that the suspect befriended Bloom, took her to an isolated area and stabbed her, then set her body on fire.

Maurice Grace, 26 year old black male, was a Maryland Division of Correction inmate, housed at the Maryland House of Correction on the rear of B flats. On January 9,1992, at 9:52 pm Grace was returning from the recreation yard when he was stabbed by another inmate, causing his death. Suspects were developed but the case lacked sufficient evidence for trial.

Mack Young, 27 year old black male, was a Maryland Division of Correction inmate housed in Dorm H at the Maryland House of Correction in Jessup, Anne Arundel County, MD. On February 1,1995 around 5 pm, Young appeared to be having problems breathing as he walked past another inmate’s cell. Another inmate summoned aid and Young was taken to a hospital, where he died. Later discovered that Young died as a result of a puncture wound to his lung. The wound appeared to have been made by a shank. Young failed to identify his attacker(s) while conscious.

Willie Owens was housed in a cell with another inmate in Cell 111, F Building East Pod, of the Maryland Correctional Institution Jessup, Anne Arundel County, MD. On July 14, 1997 around 8 am, inmate Owens was found unresponsive on the floor of his cell. Cause of death was revealed to be from blunt force trauma. No arrests were made due to lack of evidence.

Ray D. Hamlet, a 23 year old black male, was housed in the Annex Building at the Maryland House of Correction in Jessup Anne Arundel County, MD. Hamlet was walking out of the dining hall in the Maryland House of Corrections on January 11, 2001 at 6:40 pm. Hamlet was stabbed by another inmate with a homemade shank. Reports say that Hamlet had argued with another inmate earlier that day, but no arrests were made.
