Briana DeRosa is a senior with a talent for graphic design and all things Adobe.  She plans on pursuing a degree at UMD in graphic design this upcoming school year.

Graduation for the class of 2019 took place on May 28 at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Throughout the years the people in the graduating class have become a family. “I’ve been crying all month thinking about having to leave the heaven that is Severna Park High School,” senior Bobby Davids said.

Last year on February 14, the deadliest shooting at a high school in the United States took place in Parkland, FL. at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. This tragedy has been seen as a turning point for gun regulations across the country, but concerns of another disaster still loom. “I think a school shooting is a real possibility,” senior Zachary Binnix said.
