Spurs’ point guard Aaron Kent sets himself to shoot a three-pointer during the fourth quarter of the Spurs versus Kings game on Sunday. Kent put up 18 points during this game, and the previous day during the Spurs versus Suns game, put up 19 points. “Scrub is a great way to work hard and have fun with competition,” Kent said.
Spurs’ point guard Aaron Kent steals the ball from Kings point guard Casey Fox. Kent helped the team win against the Kings in a close game 43-41. “Working hard pays off,” Kent said.
Spurs’ center Nate Edmonston blocks Kings’ center Zach Tacyn as he goes for a layup. Edmonston has been essential on defense for the past five weeks, which has lead to a 5-2 record. “Since I’m tall it’s easy to block people,” Edmonston said.
Spurs’ shooting guard Ethan Kent drains a three-pointer during the fourth quarter of the Spurs versus Kings game. This was the first three-pointer he made of the season, which helped Spurs grab the lead of the game. “Scrub basketball is the best thing to do during the winter. It’s always fun getting out every weekend to play,” Kent said.
