Prom Fashion Show Recap

Seniors and teachers dressed up for Prom Fashion Show to raise money for charity, March of Dimes.

Teachers Mrs. Chang and Mr. Moore smiled at the crowd after representing Prom Fashion Show king and queen. Both teachers obtained the most votes from students to dress up and participate in the show. “It was so nice to see everyone all dressed up and it made me remember my own prom,” said Mrs. Chang.

As seniors Leo Ambrose and Josephine Horrell took the stage, the crowd was astonished by the beautiful outfits. Sophomore Ellie Heath personally made Horrell’s dress and spoke about the process of making the dress while at the show. “The top was my favorite because it was interesting to make and I’ve never made anything like it before,” Heath said.

Seniors Dana Brant and Guillermo Avila took to the stage to show off their outfits of the night. Avila wore a subtle black suit that matched the black top of Brant’s dress. “My favorite part of Prom Fashion Show was picking out the dresses… We were all there to support one another and hype each other up,” Brant said.

Seniors Lily Maddox and Sebastien Brennan joked on stage while modeling their outfits. Their matching boutonniere and corsage accented both suit and gown perfectly.

Seniors Erica Morgan and Dmitri Penn smiled at the crowd as the band played in the background. Morgan’s Violet dress complemented the matching violet corsage with white flowers.
