Nick Ivey is a junior at Severna Park High School and this is his first year working on the Talon newspaper. He enjoys theatre, music, and reading in his free time. He’s excited to try something new and to work with such a great group this year.

With all of this isolation, there’s a lot of time to invest in hobbies that you may not have otherwise had the space for in your schedule. Some people have even taken up new hobbies during the quarantine. “I’ve started drawing a lot more,” freshman Jaden Givens said.

Sexiest man alive or not, Dr. Anthony Fauci is focused on keeping the public safe. He’s done just that for well over 30 years, and plans to continue his career in public health into the foreseeable future. “I think Anthony Fauci’s naming as People magazine’s Sexiest Man alive shows the public’s desire for a man in the medical field— I mean, what’s hotter than getting your blood pressure and temperature taken?” SPHS alumnus Vivian Flanagan said.

It was created in 1993 by Kent Taylor in Clarksville, Indiana. “Kents goal was to own not just a family restaurant and not just a steak restaurant, but a place where everyone, of all ages, could come and have a great meal and great fun for a great price,” their official website said.
